The largest problem we've had in the past is the lack of communication and talking from our developers in-which slowly led to the deletion of the group and project as a whole. If you have a concern, problem, suggestion, want criticism, need an opinion, anything; just ask. It's what we're here, and we're more than all hears.

As a Graphic Designer please don't intrude on someone hypothetically involving in Video Editing if you're way out of your league. Be respectful about your work, and respect others' work as well; but don't be afraid to criticize as you see fit.

While giving users hope and motivation to stay active is nice, don't speak for the administrators and release information that may be changed or be completely inaccurate. Don't feel that this is never a good idea though, if you want to promote something feel free to ASK us first and we'll more than likely approve of it.

A: Strictly off limits on the main site for security purposes until you're trust-worthy, and/or needed of an administrative role.
Q: How do I prove I'm "Trust-Worthy"?
A: This isn't something you'll prove, but more or less we'll decide if we think you would be beneficial. Don't expect it to happen on any average day, to say the least.

A: Depending on your role, this should be obvious upon being recruited as a staff member to the site. e.g Video Editing, Graphic Design, Social Networking, etc. Though if you're not feeling innovative or creative, as us if we haven't already posted our monthly goals and expectations.
